The families of ATAM Series 463 to 466 have been enriched with windings capable of suppressing AC electromagnetic interference which can contaminate the DC magnetic field generated to drive the solenoid valves. How is this achieved? The coil is made with two coaxial windings. Any possible disturbance in the network that can disrupt the "main" field generated by the first winding is cancelled by the magnetic field generated in the second, which is short-circuited. The main winding, powered with DC current, can thus continue to drive the solenoid valve stably, even in the presence of "dirty" power supply, for the benefit of efficiency and safety along the line.
